The owners designed, worked and slaved, to meet the criteria found in the designs of these amazing tuscan homes. The end result was a private masterpiece.

And that is for one lot. The home was intended to be built as a two-story at a smaller scale but when the plans were ok'd through the city to add the basement... it grew by a lot (no pun intended). This home took over five years to build and has custom imported everything throughout. Nothing was overlooked and everything came out perfect.

The Deerfield Estate is the ultimate grand daddy of all private residences in Utah. Sure Donald Trump has an amazing spot in Florida and Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz's Aspen compound is on the market for $135 million but for $19-20 million you can own one of the most highly-appointed homes in the world.
